» 4 st scampispett från Hemfisk.se
» 1 dl sesamfrön
» 1 msk sesamolja
Gör så här:
Pensla spetten med sesamoljan, vänd dem sedan i sesamfrön. Fräs spetten i 1-2 min tills scampin blivit vit/rosa.
