Svärdfisk
Ingredienser:
» 800g svärdfisk från Hemfisk.se
» 1 dl grön japansk soja
» maki rulle köps hos din lokala sushi restaurang
» 2dl majonäs
» Wasabi pulver eller wasabi från din lokala sushi restaurang
Gör så här:
Svärdfisk pensla fisken med lite soja på varje sida.
Grilla snabbt på varje sida .
Wasabi majonäs
Rör ner wasabi till önskad styrka i majonäsen.
Serveras med svärdfisken med t ex med lite hyvlade morötter och rättika som fått stå och dra i lite risvinäger.
